Canadian elections put Federal Conservatives back in power

The positive news that the first Green Member of Parliament was elected in Canada yesterday is tainted by the fact that as a result of yesterdays elections, Federal Conservatives are back in power with a majority government. Prime Minister Harper could use his majority to allow the Enbridge pipeline project to proceed and mega tankers on the B.C. Coast and the Great Bear Rainforest.  Save the Great Bear Rainforest and the Pacific coast of BC. The time to act in NOW!
